Experience that ranges from consumer PC support for one of the world's largest computer manufacturers to managing international IT infrastructure and policies for a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer.

We have been in the customer's shoes

We are a group of IT professionals that, for years, worked in corporations that were customers of IT consultants and software vendors.  As liaisons between these third parties and the companies we worked for we learned a great deal about where a consulting practice can provide value to an organization and how we liked to be treated as customers. 

We started our practice because we grew weary of managing service providers that "over-promised and under-delivered" on overly-complex, bloated solutions and we saw that small and medium businesses needed honest services that were the right fit for their operations. In 2007 we set out to create an organization to provide these services to New Mexico businesses ethically and affordably.

We recognize that small and medium businesses have unique information technology needs and we are able to meet them with high-quality, affordable solutions built on our experience and Microsoft technologies.
